Nozzle Terminal Features
Equipped with a Keyence electrostatic ion gun with a static detection feedback function to avoid defects in mass production caused by working without static electricity.
Reduces the need for a robot dust removal room at an additional static elimination station, reducing investment costs and usage costs. At the same time, it reduces the floor area and secondary pollution.
After CO2 snowflake dust removal, there is no water or solvent on the surface, and the workpiece can be directly transferred to the spraying station.
