Mainly consists of liquid carbon dioxide pressurisation system, liquid carbon dioxide thermostatic system, process control system (including liquid carbon dioxide, compressed air control, fan control and conveying control), circulating conveying line, dust removal room, fresh air supply cabinet, robot and snowflake nozzle.

1、 The upper and lower parts are placed in the cleaning station or on the conveyor chain by manually picking up and placing the pallet, the automatic cleaning action is completed by the equipment identifying the parts in the current station and automatically transferring the robot or reciprocator trajectory.

2、 With the CO2 cleaning technology itself parameters of the monitoring means to facilitate on-site detection, such as snowflake fan width, snowflake flow, air pressure, temperature, particle size, etc..
