This is a 3-coating robot automatic rotary spraying line, also equipped with an experimental centre, its configuration is the same as the 3 spray booths, the same robots and dual-gun mode, new products can be pre-sampled in the laboratory, the program will be copied to the 3-coating production line when the official production, to save the production line programming and debugging time to improve the efficiency of the work. It can also be used for small batch production.

Process 1: CO2 cleaning using dual spray nozzle mode, such as dual spray gun mode, can meet the dual spray nozzles on the two workpiece discs at the same time cleaning. Remove the dust and stains on the surface of the workpiece without secondary pollution, and it is also very friendly to the workpiece itself.

Process 2: Primer coating, 3 Colours and 1 Solvent cleaning, with HT-CCV automatic colour change and HT-Flo closed-loop precision flow control system.

Process 3: Colour paint, 6 Colours and 1 Solvent cleaning, with automatic colour change and closed-loop precision flow control system.

Process 4: Top coating, 2 Colours, 2 Curing agent, 1 Solvent cleaning, with automatic colour change, two-component automatic proportioning system and closed-loop flow control Each robot can carry two automatic spray guns, with automatic colour change, HT-LPMix 2K  Ultrasonic wall-mounted 2K Plural component proportioning and mixing control System and closed-loop flow control Each robot can carry two automatic spray guns, with automatic colour change, LPMix 2K proportioning and HT-Flo closed-loop flow control placed at the robot arm, saving the amount of colour change paint and providing a fast response at the same time.

All spraying data can be recorded and displayed on the industrial control screen to ensure the stable operation of spraying.

In the manual wiping station by the personnel to enter the workpiece information (type, colour), the control system will be this information according to the movement of the workpiece to move one by one. When the workpiece enters the start-up area of the robot at each station, the main control system informs the robot in the area of the workpiece (type and colour), and the robots follow the instructions of the control system to call up the spraying programs to perform snowflake cleaning and automatic spraying by the robots at each station. Before the robots start the workpiece at each station, the manpower can modify the related information at the operation cabinet of each station to change the work of the robots.
