Color Change Valve/Needle Valve Advantages
1. Color Change Process
Utilizes valve switching to alternate paint supply lines, integrated with an automatic cleaning system (e.g., solvent flushing or air purge) to quickly remove residual paint, ensuring contamination-free color transitions.
2. Compact Design
Modular configuration allows flexible integration onto robotic spray arm front ends, enabling fast color changes with minimal paint loss.
3. Material Compatibility
Constructed from full stainless steel, compatible with solvent-based, water-based, high-solid, and hardener fluids.
4. Fluid Valve Module
Each color is equipped with a pneumatically controlled, fail-safe normally closed (NC) valve for rapid on/off operation. Dual fluid ports on the valve body facilitate paint circulation, improving material efficiency.
5. Modular Rail Mounting
Enables easy expansion for future color additions without additional mounting holes, simplifying maintenance and disassembly.
6. Fast Cleaning
Only the central channel requires cleaning during color changes. Unique internal structure enhances cleaning efficiency—complete purge time measured in seconds (s), paint loss in milliliters (ml). Prevents color contamination, ensuring pure paint output for superior coating quality.
7. Control Integration
Compatible with PLC or industrial bus systems for one-touch color changes, reducing manual intervention.
