Standard Sprayer Workstation - Wood Veneer Spraying Example

Spraying process: 3C1B

The main spraying products are: automotive interior wood veneer parts; paint solvent-based paint, water-based paint; spraying equipment is designed as a workstation mode, dry spray booth, spraying using 4-axis reciprocator, each spraying reciprocator configuration of 4 spray guns. Spraying workpiece disk size L1500mm * W600mm * H200mm, designed production beat 30S.
