Main process:CO2 cleaning +primer+colour paint+varnish

This is a 3-coated robotic automatic rotary coating line, from the manual loading of the pieces after the one-by-one process for:
Process 1: It is CO2 surface cleaning, removing dust and stains on the surface of the workpiece, while not generating secondary pollution and very friendly to the workpiece itself.
Process 2: Primer, 3 colours and 1 Solvent cleaning, with HT-CCV automatic colour change and HT-Flo closed-loop precision flow control system.
Process 3: Colour paint, 6 colours and 1 Solvent cleaning, with automatic colour change and closed-loop precision flow control system.
Process 4: Varnish, 2 colours, 2 Curing agent, 1 Solvent cleaning, with automatic colour change, HT-LPMix 2K Ultrasonic wall-mounted 2K Plural component proportioning and mixing control System and closed-loop flow control Each robot can carry two automatic spray guns, with automatic colour change, LPMix 2K proportioning and HT-Flo closed-loop flow control placed at the robot arm, saving the amount of colour change paint and providing a fast response at the same time.
All coating data can be recorded and displayed on the industrial control screen to ensure stable coating operation.
