HT-PDMix 2k Plural Component Volumetric Precision Mixing & Dosing Systems

Volumetric electronic automatic proportioning system adopts volumetric metering cylinder for proportioning and mixing, and at the same time, it is equipped with micro range ultrasonic flow meter.

In-line spraying by robot, 1 tow 2 design controls dual gun flow.

The system carries out double metering and control, providing accurate paint proportioning and mixing and precise flow control.

Suitable for solvent-based, water-based paints, acid-curing materials, and some glues, such as single-component, two-component, and three-component paint proportioning and mixing and accurate flow control. Provides instantaneous flow rate and cumulative paint consumption, providing accurate real-time data for intelligent production and precise, convenient services for data-based management.
