Standard Dry Spray Room

The Standard Spraying Workstation is a series of multi-purpose, multi-configuration spray painting machines developed by Hetair Company to meet the rapidly evolving market demands. It offers diverse spraying configurations, flexible applications, and is suitable for spray painting production across various products. It is suitable for spray painting components in industries such as automotive parts, motorcycle parts, toys, 3C electronics, aerospace, and more.

Features of Standard Dry Spray Room


· The workstation accommodates products with dimensions smaller than L1300mm × W800mm × H300mm and weighing less than 35kg, including plastic parts, metal parts, wooden products, carbon fiber composites, etc.


· With a compact footprint, low energy consumption, simple and convenient operation, and short installation and debugging time, the equipment can be relocated as needed without damage, adapting to production site requirements.


· Compatible with solvent-based paints, water-based paints, UV paints, and spray adhesives.


Components of Standard Dry Spray Room


  • Spraying Equipment Options:Configurable with 6-axis spraying robots, single-axis or multi-axis reciprocators.


  • Spray Tools:Configurable with air spray guns, electrostatic spray guns, or adhesive spray guns, with options for single or multiple guns.


  • Conveyance Equipment:Configurable with various spraying turntables, spraying sliding tables, step-type floor chains, synchronous floor chains, or skid conveyor lines.


  • Paint Mist Collection & Treatment Methods:Dry spray booths or water curtain spray booths.


  • Curing Ovens:In-line tunnel ovens, vertical integrated ovens, standalone batch ovens, or UV ovens.


  • Curing Oven Heating Methods:

  • Electric heating: Infrared tubes, direct electric heating tubes, electric heating tubes with hot air circulation, or radiant ovens.


  • Natural gas: Hot air circulation, boiler steam heating, or radiant ovens.


  • UV curing: UV ovens for UV paints, including specialized spray machines for automotive lights.


  • Workpiece Surface Cleaning Methods: CO₂ snow cleaning, water washing, or manual wiping.
