Warranty Periods and Benefits

Hetair Intelligence will not be liable for ordinary wear and tear, or for any failure, damage or wear caused by faulty installation, misuse, friction, corrosion, inadequate or improper maintenance, negligence, accident, or replacement of parts with non-Hetai Intelligence parts.

Hetair Intelligence will not be liable for malfunction, damage or wear caused by structures, accessories, equipment or materials not supplied by Hetair Intelligence that are incompatible with Hetair Intelligence equipment or improperly designed, fabricated, installed, operated, or maintained by structures, accessories, equipment or materials not supplied by Hetair Intelligence.
